Some Interview Questions and Answers

1.    Tell us About Yourself? Your answer should be "You and the Job"
        E.G. My Name is Emmanuel J. Obekpa, Am a professional Writer and i can write a lot of articles. (Note: Depending on the profession)

2.     Rate Yourself Over Ten (10)? Your answer should Be 10/10
        Note: Never rate yourself below the rate given because if you do whom do you expect to rate you high and also you must be able to defend it.

3.      Who do you think you are? Your answer should be some thing like "I Am A Success in the sense that what ever i do will be or result to success" don't say a anything negative to yourself and secondly don't tell to much story about yourself for this will disqualify you before the Interviewer

4.      Where do you see yourself in Five (5) years time? Your answer should be " I see myself in management level, or i see myself in this organization recruiting other people. e.t.c."

5.      What Salary would you like to be Paid? first try to make inquiry about the organization payment. for example if the management paid N50K then your answer should be " I expect between N45K to N50K

6.       Why do you want to work in our organization? Your answer should be "I want to contribute to the growth of this company" Note: As much as you can make it your passion to work in that organization.

7.      How long will you like to stay with us? Your answer should be "As long as we have mutual agreement or compatibility".

8.      What if we did not give you this job and give you another instead? Your answer should be "I want the specific job i apply for" Note: Be focus and don't try to deviate for they will assume you are not serious.

9.      What will you ask us? Your answer should be "ask question about the company and how the company  can move forward." Note: don't ask unnecessarily questions better still say something like "I will ask when the need arise"

10.     What advice can you give us? Your answer should be "The company should not lose it's focus and keep looking forward for a better days ahead".
